Guidance built on evidence, not opinion

Aldrick's educational content and recommendations are grounded in credible scientific and medical evidence, and revised as that evidence changes.

Evidence-based methodology

Guidance starts with the strongest available evidence: systematic reviews, clinical guidelines, and well-designed trials, weighed against the quality and consistency of the findings.

Scientific sources

Content is developed from peer-reviewed literature and recognized clinical guidance. Specific citations will be published alongside each health topic as content is released.

Medical guidelines

Where established clinical guidelines exist for screening, monitoring, or treatment, Aldrick aligns its educational content with them rather than substituting its own thresholds.

Research review process

Topics are reviewed for evidence quality, relevance to men over 40, and practical applicability before they inform any recommendation.

How recommendations are evaluated

Recommendations are prioritized by strength of evidence, likely magnitude of benefit, safety, and how realistically they can be applied day to day.

Updating as evidence changes

Evidence moves. Content and recommendations are revisited as new research and updated guidelines are published.

Citations

References will be published with each topic

We do not cite studies we have not reviewed. As each health area is expanded, its sources and referenced guidance will be listed here and on the topic page itself.
